FAQ

Do you combine shipping for multiple items?

Absolutely! The shipping cost you see at checkout is calculated based on the actual postage set by the post, which does increase with the weight of the parcel. Hence, the shipping cost increases with the order size but it's still far less that separate shipping for each item. Hence, the more item you buy in an order, the more you save on shipping. In other words, we do combine shipping with actual rate charged by the post in which we gain nothing from.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Our items are shipped (dispatched) from Thailand via registered airmail (with online tracking number) within 48 hours. Delivery time varies depending on the destination country.
To USA, Canada, South America, Italy, France takes about 14-25 business days,
To UK and most European countries takes about 8-15 business days,
To Australia and most country in Asia takes about 8-12 business days
In rare occasions, delivery time could take up to 4-6 weeks depending on your countries customs procedures.


What carrier do you use?

We use Thailand Post, Thailand's national postal service, which has the most cost effective fees with reasonable delivery time. The parcels are usually dispatched from Thailand to their destination countries within 2 days. Once the parcels are landed, they will pass through the customs check (the time taken in this process varies depending on your countries customs procedures), then handed over to the destination countries national postal services for delivery. For example, in the US, the delivery is handed by USPS, in the UK, it's Royal Mail, in Germany, it's Deutsche Post AG, and so on.


Do you have expedite shipping option?

Yes, please contact us and we will give you a quote of the expedite shipping cost as soon as possible.

How safe is my personal information including my credit card when I make the purchase?

We have a formal statement about the privacy policy here. In short, we keep your personal information, such as your name and address, only for shipping and marketing purposes. We do not share your personal information with anyone else. All the payment process is handled by PayPal, whether you pay from your PayPal account or credit card. Therefore, we never have a chance to see or keep your credit card information in any stage. It's PayPal that does the money matter for us, which is very safe.


Do you take custom orders?

In general, we do not take custom orders due to our limited capacity. However, in some designs, customers can suggest different sizes and/or colors other than what we have. If we see that the suggested sizes or colors are really something that we miss and might worth making a batch of them to be sold for other customers as well, we would add them into our collection.
